Two concealed (self-drawn) pungs.
Example winning hand
Winning tile: 7z
How Two Concealed Pungs (雙暗刻) works
A hand containing two pungs that were formed entirely in hand without claiming a discard.
Two of the triplets are concealed, meaning they were completed by self-draw rather than by taking another player's discard. The remaining sets and pair may be of any type. A single such triplet scores under the concealed-pung idea; this pattern recognizes having two of them.
Good to know
- •Both pungs must be concealed (not completed from a claimed discard).
- •Winning on a discard that completes a triplet usually makes that triplet count as melded, not concealed.
- •It is the two-triplet step in a family extending to three and four concealed pungs.
Two Concealed Pungs (雙暗刻) — FAQ

Does winning by discard affect concealment?
