Scoring math

How 4 han 20 fu is calculated

Riichi payouts start from base points: fu × 2^(2 + han). For 4 han 20 fu that is 20 × 2^6 = 20 × 64 = 1,280 base points. Each win type then multiplies the base and rounds the payment up to the nearest 100:
