How Dragon Pung (箭刻) works
A pung (or kong) of dragon tiles — three or four of a White, Green, or Red Dragon — worth 2 points.
Any triplet of one dragon honor scores this fan, and a kong of dragons qualifies the same way. It applies to exactly one dragon set: a hand holding pungs of two different dragons scores the separate 6-point Two Dragon Pungs fan instead, and all three dragon triplets form Big Three Dragons. A dragon pung never counts as a Pung of Terminals or Honors — the rulebook prices it separately at 2 points.

Do two dragon pungs score Dragon Pung twice?
No. Two pungs (or kongs) of dragons score the dedicated Two Dragon Pungs fan at 6 points, which replaces the two individual 2-point Dragon Pungs.
Is a kong of dragons treated the same as a pung?
Yes. A dragon kong qualifies for Dragon Pung just as a triplet does, and the kong itself is scored separately as a kong.
