How Flower Tiles (花牌) works
Bonus flower and season tiles set aside from the hand, each contributing fan when drawn.
Flowers and seasons are not part of the playing structure; when drawn they are placed aside and replaced, and each one carries fan. They are independent bonus tiles that stack on top of the hand's pattern fan without affecting the four-sets-plus-pair structure. Their value accrues per flower held at the win.
