How Mixed Triple Chow (三色三同順) works
Three chows of the same numerical sequence, one in each of the three suits — for example 456 in characters, bamboos, and dots.
The same run of three consecutive numbers appears once in each suit, giving three identical sequences across characters, bamboos, and dots. The fourth set and the pair are unrestricted. It is a three-suit pattern, so it cannot coexist with single-suit flush fan on those tiles.

Yes. They must all be the same sequence, such as 345, just realized in each of the three suits.
Can two of the chows be in the same suit?
No. Exactly one chow of that sequence must come from each of the three suits.
