The dealer (莊家) scores one extra tai on any win — and pays one extra tai when losing.
Being dealer raises the stakes symmetrically: the dealer collects 1 extra tai when winning and pays 1 extra when another player wins off them. Consecutive dealerships (連莊) typically add further tai at most tables — each repeat adds 2 tai (連N拉N) under the common convention, which is agreed at the table.

No. It is a flat 1 tai added to any winning hand the dealer completes, independent of patterns.
What about consecutive dealer wins?
Most tables add 2 tai per repeat dealership (連莊拉莊), on top of the base dealer tai. That running bonus is tracked at the table rather than by this calculator.
